Mr. E U M Intekhab is a distinguished academic leader and English language specialist with over 25 years of experience in teaching, training, and educational leadership. Since joining Presidency International School in 2011, he has played a key role in strengthening academic standards, curriculum development, and institutional growth.
As Vice Principal of the Senior School, he contributes actively to strategic planning and academic governance. Professionally trained as a trainer in English Grammar and Language, he has conducted numerous teacher training sessions and workshops on “Common Mistakes in English”, supporting effective classroom practice and language proficiency.
Mr. Intekhab is a joint author of HSC English Grammar and Composition and the editor of Selected English Poetry (Classes VI & VII) and Reading for Pleasure for O Level students. He also serves as the Editor of all Presidency Journals.
His professional development includes international trainings and conferences in Sri Lanka, India, and Singapore, as well as leadership training conducted by the British Council. He has also visited renowned universities in Malaysia and participated in educational and cultural tours to Singapore, Malaysia, India, and the USA.
Prior to Presidency International School, he served as a Senior Lecturer in English at BAF Shaheen College, Chittagong for over an era.
